I'm a DIY dabbler and I thought thus was going to be much more complicated than it was. Easy to install and quite forgiving. I thought it was going to be an exact science involving calculations of angles and moments but no. Good and solid and does the job perfectly. Bought for the heavy lid of a homemade wooden motorbike shed.

Ordered as a replacement for my first one which stopped working properly however the replacement order then turned out with no screws and one end attachment missing. So it is cheap but you are getting what you pay for.
