Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Don’t buy
This doesn't work on my router. Appalling instructions. QR code on the set up card takes you to amazon purchase point. Had to google them to activate it. Then it wouldn’t link up with my router not compatible - it states any router phone etc etc - scanCom more like scam-comWhen i tried to return it through amazon you refused to take this item back - i stated that it wasn’t compatible - you made no mention of this in the advertisement of the product 30 days to return you say in your T&C. I will pass this to trading standards for further investigation.

V frustrating set-up but decent product
The support is utterly useless, they send you a pdf for setting up with a TP-link router which is no good if you're setting up any other device. Anyhow, I tried it in three different phones and eventually it worked in one and I was able to copy the Access Point Names settings. I've attached screenshots of the settings you'll need for an Andoid device. I hope these help!Once it's set-up, it's pretty good. Speed isn't great, but ok as a Sim2, so cover deadspots.

Awkward setup but it does the job
As other people have mentioned the QR code for activating the SIM is useless. Be prepared to email support to get it up and running (which is going to take a day or two). Once activated it works fine. I'm using mine for the SIM slot in my car which means I can get traffic updates, etc and it seems to be fine for that. Out and about the signal is still patchy but generally functional.

Works really well
We use this in conjunction with a portable wifi device on the campervan. Really useful being able to pick up the best mobile data ... we've had various occasions when we can't get data on our phone networks but this card gets good data from a different network

Does not work
I put the sim in my iPhone 11 that supports two cards and it did not work whether I turned on one card or both cards with auto select. It also stopped my existing 3 sim, which has bad service in my area, from working anywhere. It is a foreign sim from CSL in Hong Kong. I cannot recommend it.

Early days, but a noticeable speed improvement on my previous mobile data sim
If you are going to move about, then it seems a good idea to have a contract which gives access to whichever network is best where you are. The sim seems to work well, but I have not yet worked out from the supplied documentation how to find out how much of the monthly allowance remains. This might be useful to avoid the embarrassment of being unexpectedly cut off at some crucial moment. Maybe the information is there somewhere, but it's certainly not as obvious as with some providers.

very slow data and suspicious - don't buy
I don't know about signal strength but best speed was about 3mbs download. Signal appears to come via a German vpn as browser results start appearing in German. I currently get an EE signal on my mobile from a normal SIM of 14mbs. I find this very suspicious and also wonder if i'm really getting the networks on the wrapper. As per other comments the support instruction link only takes you to the Amazon purchase page. Going to the company website the instructions given are very poor and frustrating also using scenarios and context that will not reflect most peoples device setups
