Its really nice to have a backup battery when it is cold.
Carry a backup. Batteries don't last as long when its cold outside. You can't find these just anywhere and should order them online before you need them. Really nice how easy it is to recharge either in an outlet or in a vehicle with a USB-C cord, or even with solar.

Good battery
This battery was bought to run a Streamlight flashlight. It was bought as a spare battery. It has been tested, both to charge it up and to run the flashlight.This battery has performed perfectly on every aspect of tests.Do I have any regrets on the purchase?Only one. It has a different connection than the other 18650 type batteries that have been purchased from Streamlight, but that may eventually be an improvement on battery design.Would I buy it again? Yes, and plans for additional purchase of this battery are being developed.

I had been through many flashlight makes and models prior to finding Streamlight and now i have purchased about 15+ products for myself and my family as gifts. If its Streamlight it either works perfectly and far better than other brands or its defective and they give you a free replacement and maybe something additional pending on the issue. I feel this way about any Streamlight product. They have my unwavering faith and trust.I do lots of investigations in the dark. Climbing, running, hiding (use purple/red UV/infrared penlights to see without being seen) and have even had to use a flashlight to defend myself on multiple occasions. Streamlight has quite literally saved my life vs a refrigerator with legs (a big guy) with a blade. Thank you Streamlight!!!

Doesn't hold a charge very long.
I have several of these batteries and they simply don't hold a charge when sitting on the shelf very long. Very disappointing considering how expensive they are and in this day and age of lithium technology.
