First one broke on first use but they replaced it no problem. Its not a heavy duty vice so dont tighten it too much or it'll pop right apart. If youre gentle with it, it does work well for holding jewelry and such in place while working on it.

I don't understand the negative reviews. For the price, this is a highly functional unit. I have used it on case sizes between 37mm and 42mm without issue. I did reverse the jaw on the one side like others have, but that seems like an intended option from manufacture and a clear choice. I can take it off my table and put it away in a few seconds. If you want a real watch vice, you're gonna need to spend much more.

The price is great, but the old adage about getting what you pay for is definitely true here. The metal is exceedingly weak and broke almost immediately as I tried to tighten it down on my desk enough that it wasn't too wobbly. It was worth a shot, but learn from my mistake, pay at least a little more, and get something that'll withstand being tightened down at the very least.
