This fabric is absolutely beautiful. It’s not see-through or too thick, and it has such a soft, silky feel that makes it really enjoyable to work with. I found it very easy to handle while sewing—it doesn’t weigh too much, and it moves smoothly, which made the whole process much more manageable. The quality is excellent; even after working with it for a while, it didn’t lose its texture or shape. For the price, this fabric is totally worth it. I bought this fabric to make my yorkie a Christmas dress to see santa in. Hopefully all goes well and if it does I will post pictures of the finished product. The fabric is a nice vibrant color and seems a nice quality. Can't wait to get started.

This item was purchased to restore the inside of Seitz Jeweling tool boxes. It is almost an exact replica of one model from the 1950’s. It is easy to work with. The price was right for my needs. The material is of good quality and workmanship. The color was spot on. Thickness matched exactly and was very soft and the right sheen.

As other reviewers have said, it comes without selvage & frays easily. I would recommend that you serge or singe the warp length edges before washing. I thought the quality was fine. It’s what I would call medium weight. I was pleased that it wasn’t as thin as I was expecting. I bought it to use as dress lining & I think it will work fine as that. I did notice some flaws in the fabric & what appears to be a small burn hole in one place. I don’t think I would buy his fabric I use as my outer fashion fabric for a dress or something like that, but it is fine for lining, costuming & crafts. I would expect it to wear poorly, I think it will catch on things easily & pull threads but I don’t know yet. If you were planning on using it as your outer fashion fabric, I would buy extra yardage to accommodate flaws & don’t expect wedding dress/ball gown level fabric. I saw a review that was disappointed that it wasn’t silk, it’s definitely listed as a “silky” polyester & that’s what it is. It’s inexpensive & has its issues which is why its being sold at this price. You get what you pay for. Overall, I’m happy with the bargain but it doesn’t get rave reviews. It’s meh. Not a rip off but also not really worth recommending.

I love the satin for pillow cases ! I have made well over a 150 in different colors of satin !

Fabric is nice but be aware its an unfinished hem. Unless you sew I don't know if I would recommend it. My purchase was for our Easter display outside my Church. The fabric did not fade but began to unravel.

I was a little unsure at first because of the price, but this satin totally blew me away. It’s absolutely beautiful — smooth, shiny, and way better quality than I expected. It drapes nicely and feels great to work with. Such a great find for the price. I’ll definitely be ordering more! It is also so true to colour!
