Good and smooth
This coffee is really good. I’m picky about coffee and this has a very nice, smooth, medium taste. I recommend it.

Nice well balanced cup of coffee from Calabria - some tips...
This one is a 70/30 arabica/robusta blend from the west coast of southern italy, robusta beans sourced from southern asia and arabica from the americas. It takes an espresso machine that's up to the challenge to really bring out the beauty in this one. You need a fairly fine grind, a tight pack and decent heat and pressure to bring out the finer notes. You'll be rewarded for that attention with a full rich body and deep chocolatey character, with some phantom tobacco and fruit notes around it. Despite the robusta beans, the caffeine isn't over the top so a second shot is possible without bouncing off the walls. It doesn't get lost in milk, either - great to make cappuccino sing. Recommended.

Great coffee
We love visiting Italy, and we love Italian espresso, but could not find anything close in the states. Then we found this! We grind it and brew with a percolator, and it’s the closest to Italian coffee yet!

Great aroma and natural taste
We like the taste and aroma, we drink 5-10 cups a day and love these beans for over 1/2 a year now. Also smoothly handled by our Jura machine. What I don’t like is the price which is 30% more than key competitors

Delicious!
I first had this espresso at a restaurant in Miami. I fell in love immediately! It's so rich and delicious. Makes my home smell amazing.

great for an espresso all'italiana.
Very good for italian style espresso (i.e. what you would find in an Italian bar). These are by far the best coffee bean I found in america (I am not a big fan of Illy).

Broken Bag!!!!!!

Stale?
Didn't work for me I'm afraid tasted stale/dirty. I weigh and measure both the beans and the espresso shot, so I know it wasn't my method that was producing the poor shot.
