I’m giving these a 5 star just for the fact that they’re are amazing for us people that love the sensory feeling of squeezing things. I haven’t got this with any other thing apart from these rings. I used to squeeze a certain type of duvet when little as a soothing thing , and unfortunately I do this with tissue when highly stressed which unfortunately it’s not only embarrassing, it also get tissue all over the house . These rings really help with sensory input

Egg and donut easy to use. The finger exerciser not so much. I have OA in my hands and this made the bones in the back of my hand crackle and pop.

This is a great set for rehabilitation after a multiple wrist break.
