Good quality seeds, size is good and good taste of both seeds, no salt content or dust content, very benificial for all health these seeds are high in fibre and protein and also have fatty acids, it means very usefull product i loved it .

The seed quality is satisfactory. However they are described as lightly roasted, which they are not. Amazon should be correcting such mistakes.
