Top Notch!
I have many Jackery products, 240, 500, 1000 Pro, 3000 Pro and this 2000 Plus. I also own the 60, 80, and 200 Watt solar panels. Furthermore, I have two 2000 Plus extra batteries.Of all of my Jackery products, the 2000 Plus is my favorite for several reasons. Those reasons are reliability, ability for expansion and power. Each one of my power stations is well suited for particular applications, but the 2000 Plus can do it all.The only Jackery I have that I’m not totally happy with is the 1000 Pro. From the beginning, it was the only one that loses power when not in use. And I’m talking about a good amount of loss.Anyway, the 2000 Plus is fantastic, and I would highly recommend it, especially since the deals now are much better than when I purchased.

Would definitely recommend
Works great, a little heavy I lift it into my roadtrek. I use it to charge all my devices including a cpap. I only have used 1 panel that keeps it fully charged

A must have during power outages
Even if you’re not a camper, every household should have this unit during power outages. I know it’s an investment you won’t get to see its return too often, but being able to power up the refrigerator and charge the gadgets when you need most, makes this unit invaluable. Just to have an idea, a no frills double door full size 28 cu ft fridge will run for about 24 hrs. If you have one of those trendy 3 door box, it could only run for about 12 hrs depending on how efficient are the handlers. Either way, all this including cold water and ice cubes in absolute silence and without polluting the air.Solar panels charging power is impressive, so you won’t need any other power source to charge it as long as you have a few daily sunny hrs. If not, a gas generator with at least 2 KW output could be used to charge it in an hr or two.

Great product but panels are too lightweight.
I love this generator and it’s easy to figure out, however the panels are so lightweight that I am unable to use them to charge my generator most of the time because the wind blows them over. I live in Missouri not Kansas, just an fyi. I think I will try and build some kind of frame for them to hold in place but it must be adjustable because you have to chase the sun with the panels. I also love that you can take this with you whenever you go provided there’s not much wind. This is my first experience with solar panels and the generator and I’m most excited that I have no cord to pull to turn it on, no gas fumes, no noise. It’s pretty awesome just wish the panels were more stable.

Very nice units.
Arrived on time, packaged very well. Charged unit fully before testing it on several items. Ran a toaster oven on high (450) for 45 minutes, a hot plate on high for 45 minutes, a portable quartz heater for 45 minutes, along with some lighting and a few other items we have for emergencies and outages. Charged our phones, tried all the ports and plugs to make sure everything worked. Obviously higher watt items pull more load and runs the charge down faster.I used it down to about 45% capacity remaining, and then plugged it into the 2- 200w panels which I had set up on my deck. It took about 3 hrs 45 min to charge it back to 100%.This is the 2nd Jackery unit I have. Unit and folding solar panels are quality made and I had no issues with them. The handle and wheels are a nice addition to the solar generator and make it easier to maneuver around.I’m going to check the battery on this unit at 30 day intervals to see if it loses any charge, as I’ve read some reports that say these new batteries do that. If so I will set it up on an appropriate monthly/bi monthly plan to top them off. My other unit is smaller and with the original type battery. It never loses any charge in even a couple years of storage.Overall very happy with the products. I am going to order some longer cords for charging the panels though.

Haven't used the solar panels yet
But the generator rocks. Easy to use. I'm a disabled senior and it's heavy but the handle and wheels make it doable. We can't have gas generators where I live so this does the job and it's quiet. Have had 3 power outages, ran my TV, internet, refrigerator and still has 80% charge. Would recommend getting some long extension cords as well.

Great Unit
After a couple of user induced problems, the awesome Jackery customer support team had me up and running with the unit charging perfectly off of the solar panels. This is a very well built unit and I expect many years of use out of it. Thank you Jackery for some great support and product….

Nightmare, waste of time and money
Shipping was a joke. Dealing with Jackery was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Cable broke on 3rd attempt to charge. Charging takes forever and the panels take up a lot of space when unfolded. The snaps that hold the panels closed broke on the 2nd attempt to charge. The battery itself, after 12 hours wasn't fully charged and ran a small window AC for 25 minutes. I did eventually get a refund, but shipping everything back was also a giant hassle and required a trip thru 4 hours of LA traffic to get to a special FedEx that can take a giant lithium battery.
