I had to return this particular spirulina because of the added ingredients. But their “NOW” ORGANIC SPIRULINA is a product I have taken for a long time with great benefits. The nutritional content is excellent. They are a little hard to swallow if I don’t drink with enough water. I have had no negative side effects.
