My 20 year old daughter, who well knows, loves, and mostly wears a mix of styles that are Victorian, Goth, and a bit Steam-Punk, and she agrees, is very pleased with this petticoat, which we got in white. Her reasons include that this petticoat is:-Lightweight and lighter than other petticoats she’s worn;-Not scratchy, the material touching the skin being soft with the scratchy tulle on the outside of that soft layer;-Of very good volume without feeling heavy or too thick.Based on those reasons, and the fair price, this is definitely highly recommended.

I used this under a vintage ball gown and it gave it just the right amount of 'pouf'. I hung it upside down for a few days after removing it from the package. Decent quality for the price.

This is a decent quality floor length petticoat. It isn't very full so it only provides a bit of volume. The waist band isn't adjustable so make sure you are correct on the sizing. It's not bulky at the waist.
