Disaster Packaging and Poor Quality
Terrible product experience. The rug was poorly packed, with tape stuck directly onto the rug surface. It was nearly impossible to unwrap without ruining it. The material feels cheap and the overall look is nothing like what was shown in the photos. Very disappointed—definitely not worth the money.
