The instructions are really clear, just charge it for the required time, turn the volume to the lowest, look at the images to see how it's fitted and switch on, adjust the volume and away you go. I bought this for my wife, her tinnitus stopped completely, she said she could hear herself talk but soon got used to it. Gradually build up the amount of time you use it as per instructions. The quality is very good as is the sound, wifey is very happy with it. Careful though, she can hear what I mutter, before I could get away with it but not now, she can hear a pin drop.

This product is twice the size of other products available for similar money. More like an iPod than an in the ear hearing aid. I couldn’t get it to stay in.

Bought this in desperation as elderly husband had broken his NHS hearing aids and was having to wait a while for a home appointment. In the meantime, I was having to shout all the time and the TV was full blast. SO, bought this little aid. Compact little unit with little charger, and soon charged ready for use. I put it in my own ear to check it out and everything became very loud. So far, so good. But my husband's ear? As soon as it was going into his ear it would start whistling like mad. Even when trying the four other soft caps (different sizes). So, yes, it works, but probably not great for everyone. Also, the part that goes into the ear doesn't seem to go in far enough, so it can slip out easily.

Got this for my husband and he loves it. Very easy to charge and wear. Brilliant sound quality, masks tinnitus, and excellent value for money. Wears it all the time. Highly recommend.
