This is the same Peri peri sauce that we have had in Portugal. It is a nice grade of olive oil which has been fused with hot chilli. It gives a lift to salads, pizza, pasta. If you like some thing hot then try this.

I have had it before so I knew what I was getting. A few drops go quite a long way and add a bit of zipp to anything I put it on!!
