There has been at least one study online showing ACTUAL creatine content on various gummies. This, they found, contains ZERO creatine. Stupidly, I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars over the years on this.

These honestly taste fantastic. If I did not know any better, I would have thought they were just normal gummy bears and not vitamins. The consistency is just a tad bit stickier than real gummy bears, but the taste is honestly indiscernible.

I purchased these because I wanted something that tasted better than what I was taking. These for sure fullfilled that need. They even gave me more energy and drive to get through my workouts. There is a couple critical cons that I can't continue using these. The cons may just be a "me" thing too...1) I've gained weight while trying to lose. The creatine I was taking before these was working for my weight loss, but once I started these, I gained around 5lbs immediately. Couldn't tell if its water weight or not...2) This is definitely a "me" thing, aside from the weight gain.... I've developed kidney stones for the first time. There is nothing that indicates that these are what triggered that, however I find it weirdly coincidental that a few weeks into using this product, I have developed the worst stones I've ever had. To the point I needed to consult a doctor. If anything, I wish I would've consulted my doctor prior to using these.In conclusion; this is a great product for tasting better, more energy, and more drive. HOWEVER... and once again, this does NOT apply to everyone so PLEASE do not take offense to this... I can't recommend these due to the coincidental weight gain and the kidney stones I've developed. If I discontinue this product and the stones remain, I will update this review to reflect that, and change the 3/5 stars to something higher. If they pass, I will leave the review up and untouched.

OK to be honest if it has creatine then it will work and if we need for that will do it for hard to tell huge reaction or a big difference but I trust that it is going to give out the creatine that we paid for so is it a tangible immediate obvious response reaction difference, hard to say but I have to trust that it’s doing something, the creatine. Do you have good days maybe it works if you have a bad day maybe it’s not working. Heart attack I will go on the side that there is a noticeable difference so it works price is pretty good taste is not bad so taste is everything OK again
