Disappointed
I was excited when this replacement remote showed as a perfect match for my electric fireplace heater. Unfortunately it would freeze up and I had to unplug the heater in order to 'diconnect' and go back to manually operating. I did return it and received full credit.

Buyers beware!
I have the little black remote for my fireplace, just like there's in the picture, and it did not work. I believe it’s coming from some foreign country. The maker of fireplace is FEBO, and they cannot be located. I tried calling all the numbers and can’t get connected. It’s funny that their merchandise is still being sold but beware if you need parts, you probably won’t be able to, and may waste your money. Amazon kindly consider not having their items sold on your website. Thank you

Product works on ZHS-36-B also
I wasn't sure if the product would work, the ad says works with ZHS-36-A. Product works great on ZHS-36-B also. I'm really glad I took the chance.
