I’ve only had this for a week but so far I love it. I am not pregnant but was told these help with back and neck problems, and insomnia. So far I can say I do fall asleep much faster with this pillow. My neck isn’t all stiff in the morning, it’s really comfortable and soft. The cover comes off to wash so that’s a big plus. Hoping it maintains its firmness. I’d recommend it.

I have rheumatoid arthritis, so my body is always aching especially when I am trying to get comfortable in bed. This pillow has given me sleep I have not had in a decade! Non-pregnant people should be using these too! It helps me to get a good posture laying down so that my problem areas like my hips, neck, and back are better supported, minimizing my usual discomfort. Because of my better sleeping postition and deeper sleep, I am doing more physically in the daytime! To think I could have been sleeping this well long ago had I just gotten one of these when I was pregnant! 😆 Oh, and the leopard print is so cool. I am picky about my leopard prints, and this one is well done. The coloring and the spot pattern look nice.

Got this for my pregnant daughter. It shipped quickly and when she first opened it, she said it was awesome and comfortable. However, this pillow says "chilling" and it is anything but that. She said it is a bit uncomfortable to sleep on--she still likes it, but not for sleeping. She also said it gets really hot, which is not what a pregnant woman in the south in the summer wants lol. Overall, it fluffed really well, and it did help alleviate some of her pain. She is short (5'1"), though, and it might be a tad big for her. And the fact that it gets hot is disappointing. No overwhelming smell, and it's very soft.

I absolutely LOVE this pillow! I got it for pregnancy but I am not there yet still I am using it everyday and night! Its super comfortable, very relaxing and supportive where I need it to be. I got the 58inch one and I am 5'1 so it fits me perfectly! Costumer service is also amazing and super helpful when I had an issue. I will definitely recommend to others!

Must Buy! So soft and it support the back and neck. Using this while recovering from a horrible Gerd/gastritis flare.

I've had this pillow for 5 months. For a cheap body pillow it gets the job done, but the polyfill is of very loor quality and isn't very supportive. I've been getting hip and shoulder pain from this pillow due to the lack of support. The filling and is flattening out over time and I can't really get it to fluff back up. I also wish the cover for this had a little stretch to it, it would make the pillow MUCH more comfortable. May be nice for like a teen or young adult, but if you're pregnant or have chronic pain it may be worth spending a little more to get something that will hold up to time.

This pillow is AWESOME. I’m 6 months pregnant and this is the comfiest pillow ever. I’ve had trouble sleeping due to heavy breathing and having to improvise with other pillows that don’t give me the exact comfort I’m looking for so I bought this. It gives me good support on my neck so I’m able to breathe properly with my growing belly. It’s warm for the cold nights too which I love since I tend to get cold often. For any ladies wondering how long the pillow is, I’m 5’8 and the end of the longer side of the pillow reaches the top of my knee so I would say it’s a good size for taller women. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase and I recommend it! Even my husband loves it and uses it whenever he takes naps.

The material is not at all as advertised. I specifically ordered a lighter / cotton pillow as I get hot at night but this is more of a fake velvet material.

I am very disappointed with this pregnancy pillow. The quality is poor — it is too thin, and the material inside feels cheap and uncomfortable. Definitely not what I expected for the price. The return process has been even worse. I initiated the return twice, but no one came to pick it up. The status kept showing "failed pickup" even though no attempt was made. There is a phone number listed, but no one ever calls to coordinate. Reaching Amazon customer service has been extremely difficult, and now the return date has passed without resolution. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience — both with the product and with Amazon’s return service. I would not recommend this pillow, and I hope Amazon improves its customer support and return process.
