I love this knife, and I get a ton of compliments from it. Usually knife enthusiasts don’t have their eye on Japanese stationery tools—it seems—so they are usually surprised and interested. The blade is sharp, and the scissors are stable, so it’s a nice tool to carry around and pull out in a pinch. It locks into scissors/blade/stowed form, and I’ve had no issues with durability or safety in the months I’ve been using it.

Very handy just feels cheap for 12 bucks.

The build quality of this thing is pretty solid, not cheap plastic. The cutting ability is above average, the scissors are pretty sharp. Using it was quite easy as the grip was pretty comfortable. It's really portable so you can put it in your pencil bag.

The blade works, but does not follow a straight line down. Also I’ve noticed that the scissor isn’t as sharp, where I’d get stuck when cutting plastic bag or bubble package. The idea is good, but there’s room for improvement. I got a sharpening tool for the blade. I’ll share an update if that improves the scissor cutting.

You probably don't remember need this thing it's less than a pair of scissors and less than a box cutter but you know you want this thing cause it looks cool. So get it.

This technically works, but the different cutting modes don’t offer much difference in functionality when opening shipping boxes, etc. the locking mechanism either locks when you don’t want it to or slides when you don’t want it to

Kinda weird to use

These are insanely easy to use and cut through tons of different materials. I love using them as a letter opener, opening boxes, cutting paper, etc. They get the job done really well and look super great.
