I’ve been a big fan of Juna for a while, so when I saw that they launched Detox Enzymes, I had to give it a try! Backstory: I’ve been taking a synbiotic from a competitor brand every day for the last year and noticed a major shift in my complexion and gut health… With that said, I was reluctant to try Juna’s Detox Enzymes, because I thought I already found a “gut health” regimen that worked for me. But, as a fan of Juna’s other products (Detox Drops and Nightcap Drops), I knew the brand is great and had to give these enzymes a shot!The first noticeable difference was that Juna’s pills had a slight lemony aftertaste. I never even knew an aftertaste would be important to me, but it’s awesome. It’s a nice little perk and reminder that I’m doing something healthy for my body. After taking Juna’s enzymes for 3 weeks, another major difference I noticed was the decrease in my bloating. I have to say that I really haven’t had any severe bloating since taking Juna’s Detox Enzymes! Major plus!!The directions say you should take them before or during meals, but with my “mom brain,” it’s easiest for me to remember to take them first thing in the morning with a glass of Juna Detox drops or lemon water. Then, I drink my cup of coffee. I have food about 2 hours after that. Taking them in this way has been beneficial for me. I’ve been so impressed with these enzymes that I’ve converted to Juna from my old detox pills from a popular brand that rhymes with “read.” ;) Give these a try!!!

First time tried in the morning, gave me Hughes cramps, second time tried with food, does not debloat at all

This didn't wow me. Look there was nothing wrong with the supplement or packaging or taste or anything. It was fine. I just don't feel like it did anything to or for me. And maybe that's part of the disconnect here. It says "Detox enzymes" and I think that clouds the fact that this is maybe more of a probiotic rather than a detox. I'm not sure. I just find that confusing and maybe that's messing with my expectations.Didn't cause an diarrhea or other GI upset. So it did no harm. But it also did no good. haha.*I* wouldn't get this again. But I can see how if somebody wants some of the blend things that are in here then maybe this is great for you. Not to big of a pill. Doesn’t have a bad after taste.

The Detox Enzymes work so well, and quickly! This is the best wellness product I’ve found to help regulate bloating, cramps, overall digestion. Love this with the Detox drops which make drinking water taste so good. Highly recommend this product!
