First thing to note is this product comes with no English writing at all regarding ingredients or instructions. I just printed out a copy of this product listing to keep with the box for reference. The box comes with 8 foil-wrapped nasal strips. The product listing implies that these are made for babies but says they can also be used for adults. The strips seem to be sized more for adults, but the listing says you can cut them smaller if needed. I didn't try cutting them, but I imagine it would be possible though gooey. Each strip is about 3.25 inches wide and a little over an inch tall at any given point in its curved shape. I was curious about whether these strips would have any stiffness to them that would help pull open the nasal airways like some other strips do, but they don't.Like a typical nasal strip, these have a backing that is pulled off before sticking to your nose. Unlike any other nasal strip I've ever used before, though, these have a thick gel on the side that goes against your skin. This feels cold and gooey at first and seems like it will ooze out into a big mess, but actually, the strip stays in place really well and does not drip at all. The gel feels quite soothing. It has a pretty strong herbal scent -- rosemary is the most prominent fragrance I detect. It was very easy to peel off and left minimal residue behind on my skin. Afterward I folded the strip in half, gel side in, and set it aside. I came back an hour or so later, and it peeled apart easily and stuck to my skin just like before.I didn't note any significant impact on congestion levels, perhaps a bit, but mostly they had a soothing aromatherapy quality. Overall, these were an interesting product to try, but they probably wouldn't be my first approach for combating congestion in the future.

These nasal congestion relief strips work really well. Yes, I'm trying these on myself even though I'm not a baby. They give instant relief from nasal congestion. I was surprised.I am pretty much always congested due to allergies so I'll try anything and everything to get relief.These strips are easy to apply. Simply open a package - no scissors needed- remove it from the adhesive protection strip and stick it over your nose. It smells the same as the nose decongestants that you rub on but it doesn't leave the sticky feeling. The only problem is that I can't use it during conference calls because it doesn't look pretty.The strips are individually packed and they are stored inside a flat box. Everything on the box is written in Chinese so don't expect to find instructions there unless you speak Chinese and have eyes as good as an eagle since the print is small. It's not hard to figure this out though without the instructions.The only thing that's unclear to me is whether the strips can be reused or not. I do reuse them without problems. This is my second day with one strip.They are cold and feel very sticky when putting them on, but taking them off is easy and gentle and they don't leave glue or adhesive on my nose.Shelf life is great, almost 2 and a half years.

These nasal strips are individually packed and it is very easy to apply. It works great to ease nasal congestion and gives you the relief you need at night. The strips are perfect size for adults but might be a little too big for a baby. You can trim the strip to a smaller size for a toddler. The strips has a very nice pleasant smell, sticky but easy to peel it off later and it leaves no mark or residue. This is an essential item to be kept in the medicine cabinet.

Stripe was too large for the toddler so he felt uncomfortable and kept tugging at it until it fell off. Dad tried it too and found no relieve.

As others have mentioned, I too had trouble understanding the exact instructions on the box. However, it seems obvious enough that these nasal strips can be used on adults as well as children. The way that they adhere might be a little tricky for kids who aren't used to having something on their nose. The smell is a cross between peppermint and menthol, at least that's what it makes me think of. The adhesion gel is a bit peculiar and takes some getting used to. For young kids and toddlers, I can see them resisting these. For youth and adults, I think there is definitely some value provided and these could alleviate some congestion. Personally, if I can't read the directions on the box I am going to struggle with convincing others to try them as well. Do they work? I think they do. Would I order them again? I don't think so.

These nasal strips came individually wrapped in foil in a sealed box. The strips smell pleasant and slightly minty and they contain natural herbs. Although these are toted for babies & children, I had a stuffy nose and wore one before bed and they did help. Takes a bit to get used to them. A little uncomfortable till you get used to them. But once you do they work great. Kept my nasal passage clear. Felt better stored less. Great product.
