Compact But Powerful
I purchased two DBPower jump starters during Amazon Prime days. I waited to post this review until I had a chance to use one of the jumpers. The jump starters were shipped at about 85% charge. It took several hours to reach 100% charge level using the provided USB cable and the recommended (but not provided) 5V/2A wall plug charging adapter. I recently had to jump start my son’s Ford Fiesta. The jump starter was very easy/intuitive to hook up to his car battery, and the car fired up on the first try. The whole process took less than 30 seconds. The jumper clamps/cables have a status light on them (blinking green means that the cables are connected correctly to the jump starter, solid green light means that the jump starter and cables are connected correctly to the car batter and ready to begin the jump start process). The charge level on the DBPower jump starter battery pack only decreased from 100% to 97% after one jump start.Attached are some photos to show what came in the box. Photo #1 shows the overall product packaging. I thought that I might need to purchase a separate carrying bag/case, but the box is very sturdy and includes nice foam packaging to keep things from rattling around in your car. No need to buy a separate storage case, just use the original box. Photo #2 shows the contents of the box: the jump start, jumper clamps/cables, USB cable (you must use your own 5V/2A wall plug charging adapter), and User Manual. Photo #3 shows the jumper clamps/cables attached to the jump starter battery (they are keyed and only go in one way). Photo #4 show the handy flashlight function (just hold down the power button for 2 seconds to activate the flashlight). The one potential concern that I have about the DBPower jump starter is that the max storage temperature is listed as only 95 degrees Fahrenheit (max operating temperature is 140 degrees). This may pose a problem for storing the jumper in your car during the hot summer months. When the outside temperature is 70 degrees, the temperature inside a closed car will rise to 90 degrees after 10 minutes, 98 degrees after 20 minutes, and 104 degrees after 30 minutes. Since this device is stored in my car where the ambient temperature in the Midwest can easily exceed the rated 95 degree storage temperature (let alone the increased temperature inside of the car), I have some concerns about the battery expanding/leaking. I will keep an eye out for this in the future and report back if I have an issue.

DBPower G73 Jump Starter
The media could not be loaded. This item is honestly one of the best investments I've made when deciding to purchase one. It has saved my life on a few occasions. It definitely comes in handy when my kids forget to turn a light out in my vehicle and the battery dies. It is convenient, compact, portable, powerful, and functions perfectly. My car started in a matter of seconds after connecting +/- cords to my battery. You will certainly get your money for its value.

Easy to Use, Great Value, Long Battery Life
Very useful piece of equipment at a great value. Battery life stays for days plus it charges quickly.

There when needed
Compact size with nice case to keep all in order. There is a nice space by the spare tire in one of my cars for one of my chargers and there is a storage bin in my van for the second one. The price is reasonable to buy one for each of your vehicles; probably less than having to call for a jump start and less time too. The directions are easy and the charge lasts several months.

Seems decent for 30 bucks
Got this on sale for 30 bucks and it seems alright. It's alot lighter and cheaper feeling than my old NOCO but that's the difference between 30 dollars and 200 I guess. My NOCO fell victim to the dreaded 'refuses to charge' thing that plagues those jump starters so I decided to go cheap this time. We shall see how that pans out.Anyways, the Dbpower arrived at 85% and took an hour or so to get to 100%. I tried the light which works. That's about it so far, I don't have anything to jump. I will check it in a few days to see if it drains just sitting on my desk.My only real concern is the lack of boost button which can be necessary if a battery is totally dead. I'm guessing alot of these cheap jump packs lack this button because their internals are cheap. The boost function turns off safety features and maybe that is dangerous on packs with cheap components? Don't know, wish it had that feature though.
