Great lanolin alternative
I have a sensitivity to lanolin, so I got this to try. love it! Used it in the newborn days nursing and then before pumping when I went back to work. Worked great! Its a little beady, but smoothes when warmed.

The Vegan Nipple Cream SAVED my nipples and sanity. My baby was born hungry, he cluster fed the moment he came from the womb and my nips were cracked and bleeding by day 2. I was in so much pain, I couldnt use lanolin at the hospital because Im allergic so I suffered until I got home 3 days later. This cream made a huge difference in just a single day. I have purchased this brand several times because it’s lanolin free. I love it.

You don't really need this big tube of cream.
Cream is good but you don't really need this much just to apply on your nipple during a feeding phase. Your cracked nipples will be healed once the baby learns to latch. So you need a cream only for a couple of weeks. One fourth of this tube is more than enough.
