This pant fits well and is secure when in the pool or at the beach. A diaper fits well underneath. You can wear it by itself. The drawstring is a good feature too.

I wanted a speedo type suit with a drawstring in a larger size. Do not order as a swim brief! Just needed something for our hot tub. This is hands down one of the MOST comfortable swim suits I have word in 50+ years. Liked it so much I order a sec one one. Sizes are True to the posted sizes. When it arrived it looked too small. Threw it in the closet and forgot about it. Once I found it & tried it on. . . I ordered a second one.

They are very effective. I got them to wear to a water park and they worked wonderfully

Let's just say the latex free are not at all leak proof.

These fit well & did the job that it was meant to do. However, the pnly reason I didnt give it 5 stars is the shoelace tie came out after the first wear. Luckily for me, I didn't really need it, so I'm keeping them.

We had issues of a dementiated loved one, who pulled undergarments off and had bathroom accidents. This product was a lifesaver!! We layered an adult diaper underneath and used as a diaper cover. The drawstrings kept the garment on safely, and most importantly there were no more accidents.

Read reviews before buying. The one said, 'comfortable'. I did not find them comfortable, at all. An awkward fit that looks like a diaper, and drags in the water.

The sizing is waaay off. Much too large Not able to return either.

Nutze diese Schwimmwindel als Überhose für meine Einwegwindeln. Das gibt einen sicheren Halt gegen durchhängen wenn Sie nass ist. Großer Vorteil ist das die Windel gut verdeckt ist, und man Sie zu binden kann was zusätzliche Sicherheit mit sich bringt und diskret aussieht. Größe wie angeben passt sehr gut.
