I have been using this pan regularly for 6 months now and I'm very happy so far. From searing steaks to egg dishes, this has become my go to pan for larger meals. I do keep it very lightly oiled to ensure cleanup is quick and easy. This is used on an induction cooktop and the heat distribution is perfect. In the above photos I documented the nonstick capabilities by frying and egg and some grated cheese just to show how well it works. After countless meals the pan still looks brand new. The stainless rim and sides have not stained or discolored. I would highly recommend to anyone looking try a hyrbid pan and get away from standard nonstick teflon.

Bought this pan on sale over the Black Friday weekend for under $40.00. I have used this pan to cook up eggs over easy, scrambled with cheese, steaks, pork chops, and fish on an induction range. It handles all cooking tasks without sticking. Just use non stick spray and, not to cook on too high a heat setting. It works much better at medium to medium high settings (if food is sticking you are on too high heat). I’m all about results, and this pan achieves great results in food prep, and cleaning.

This pan seems good at first but after a little time it just doesn’t hold up. I’ve had two of them now and both have had the finish of the inside of the pan chip away or rub off. Never baked with them or cooked on high heat. Just terrible quality that doesn’t last. Now I’m on the hunt for something else after only using them for a few months.

I got it a few days ago and I already love this pan. I made steaks with minimum oil, perfect sear. I then I made a mushroom & spinach cream sauce and the heat distribution was perfect. It was super easy to clean; I followed the directions with warm soapy water and white vinegar. Super sturdy pan, feels heavy and high quality. I got the honeycomb 12" with a perfect fitting lid. It's a poor man's Hexglad :) Excellent value for the price. I will look to add more pieces shortly.

Non stick is nice and sears good well too. I would say it is a little too large for my glass electric stovetop burners - the edges are not getting so hot. Probably works better for gas stoves.

***Update 4/20/25- So the pan has warped; pretty sure it's my fault. I was in a hurry and didn't wait for it to cool down before cleaning. Despite the warp this pan is still my favorite got pan! Has been amazing for eggs (preheat on medium low then add butter). like I said before; follow the instructions. Would recommend and will probably buy another! ** I absolutely love this pan! Price is perfect, lid is amazing! Make sure to read the paper that comes with it. If you take care of the pan it's going to last for years!

I am very happy with my purchase. It is wonderful. I did the season process and it works wonderfull. Nothing has stuck to the skillet. I will be getting another one but smaller.

not bad for a hexclad knock-off. especially for the price, it's pretty good. i have a few other knock offs from different brands and this isn't quite as good as a non stick surface as it needs to be a little hotter and used more like a traditional stainless steel pan - but I suppose that speaks to the quality of the stainless steel here. its easy to clean, a good size and does feel like a good quality, premium pan.
