I use this oil for massages, it does stain white sheets. But the slip is consistent. The value is there, you can’t go wrong with this. You don’t need a lot either. Long lasting!

I use this before and after I cook in my cast iron and also when I season the cast iron inside the oven. Keeps the surface smooth and non-stick. Grapeseed oil has one of the highest (if not THE highest) smoke point temperatures. If you’ve never tried it on your cast iron, give it a whirl. I’ve used crisco, olive oil, tallow and other oils, but this is the best.
