Ordered a small for my son: 4’6 84#. This vest fits him well with some room for growth, seems to be well made. He’s turned into an exercise fanatic lately. Jogging, chin-ups, push-ups, sit-ups & biking. He really likes this vest if I let him he’d wear this to bed.

fits snuggly over tee shirt 5'10", 160lb, strap securing vest has very limited adjustment but I was lucky, just enough adjustment so that me and wife have used the vest, stays secure walking, jogging, the pocket in back is in my opinion useless & I'm okay with that, the weight material is definately not iron, I checked using a magnet, hand soak and hang dry is they method I plan on using to clean it when needed, I like this vest

I bought this to train for a long hike/climb with a pack and so far it’s been great. I wear it on the stair climber and on the treadmill for brisk walking at high inclines. I think it’s pretty comfortable and does the job. I have not tried running with it yet, will update when I do.

For the money, this vest does what it should. I have the 14# which I got for a CrossFit/ruck type event where I needed to wear it for close to 8 miles as well as through climbing stairs multiple times. It was on my back for roughly 2 hours or so. It does fit with a small Condor bag that I used to carry my water bladder (in some of the pictures).This vest does bounce. A lot. I cannot get it any tighter; one of my friends (who also had this vest for the same event) and said she wore it backward and it helped some? I’ve also seen people flip it upside down. I am 5’6 and ~140 lbs and wear smalls in most things for reference. During colder runs with thicker shirts/jackets it felt better. I put my backpack straps over it and tightened more, basically using my backpack to hold it in place.Lastly, the Amazon image shows one chest strap, but mine had 2 (which I preferred). So, I would wear it again for casual running etc, but next time for an event I’ll spend the money on a nicer one.

Soo far soo good. I’ve used it 3-4 times. I like how I feel like I have no weight on at all but really sweat during my workout. When I go down to do burpees or mountain climbers it does shift a bit but not terrible. Just wish it had another way to secure it around my chest. I have a traditional weighted vest as well and this one is definitely less bulky. I was worried about the reviews about them breaking soo again soo far soo good. I hope it stays intact for all my workouts. I even wore it hiking and it fit right under my pack.

Really great vest for running. My only concerns are that I should have bought a couple pounds lighter. I am 5’ 10” and weigh 185lbs. A 6 or 8lb vest would have been a better fit. The lower straps are a bit too short for me. It would fit better on men but definitely not made for women with a large chest. Nevertheless, I improvise and don’t intend to return.

This is perfect for my runs, nice comfort and I love that I can place my phone on the back and won’t fall ,- the only thing is that when running it does thrust on one side of my neck. But nothing big or uncomfortable that will stop me from go fishing up my run, I do recommend this product and I am looking to even buy a heavier weight one,

This is a great vest, especially for the price! I looked at several items on and off Amazon before deciding on this one. Many reviews mentioned the size seeming small, but this vest fits great and I actually had to adjust it to the tightest fit. For reference, I am a 5’4” woman, 195 pounds and DDD. The quality so far is excellent. Highly recommend! 😃Use: outdoor walking, 3-5 miles at a time, and indoor treadmill hikes 30-45 minutes
