Works like magic
We have four large skylights in our kitchen and dining area, giving us the feeling of being outdoors. However, the UK's summer heat has become unbearable, making it almost impossible to sit in this space. We installed these window films, and they work like magic. The light is reduced, but it's pleasantly cool without being too dark.I should mention that the installation is incredibly easy. I'm terrible at installing screen protectors—I even messed up my Apple Watch protector—but installing these films was a breeze. The key is to use a lot of water, both below and above the film. It might sound odd, but the films are applied from the outside, or at least that's how I did it.This product is amazing, and it comes with all the necessary tools included.

Works well
Thicker than some films used in the past. Easy to install and doesn’t block out too much light but does reduce the room temperature. Just be aware that at night the film which looks tinted inside during the day, becomes mirrored inside as well as outside.

Easy to install
I bought this to add some shade to a hard to reach velux roof window.Despite the height and angle I had to work at this film was very easy to fit. I cut it to size first rather than trying to trim it in situ but this worked incredibly well and I could make slight adjustments to the positioning. The film blocks out quite a bit of light so it makes the room a bit dark on dull days. But it is very good at reducing glare on sunny ones. Given how easy it is to install I am tempted to take it off in winter and put if back in summer when it's really needed.

Heat block OK, mirror not good
Easy to fit - just don't add more than a drop of shampoo to 2 L water - useful knife to cut excess. As soon as there is light inside the room, the mirror is no good. So a room with multiple windows (especially a loft with Velux windows) this product will not deliver the privacy. This privacy was critical for me, so this product won't do.

Quality film, but not as expected.
I have to award 5 stars for this film. It is a quality product and is easy to apply as long as the instructions are adhered to. Sadly this was no good for my application because it made my lounge too dark, also the mirror effect on the outside was not as expected. Some folk will like it, but I didn't so I removed the film. The film came away from the glass and left no residue. It could easily be used again if required.

I ordered this after being sold a similar product from an online auction site which was not as described 🤬.By buying through Amazon, I believed that this product would be described more accurately and honestly, well 🤷♂️.Most of the description is accurate, what is a little vague is that the vision through the film is a little bit like looking through a feint haze. It's certainly not as clear as other similar products that I have previously bought. What I will say is that it is quite thick. Take this as you will, it's either good or bad, depending upon your use of it.The haze only became obvious once fitted to the window. I'm not overly enthralled about it, but I can 'just about' live with it.If ever I need to buy some more window film, I will check fully that I am 100% happy with it before applying it by holding it up against the window and checking!

Awful. Don't do it.
Far too heavy with no adhesion. Followed instructions to the letter, did not stick. Working on the ground on a tiny vertical pane, maybe. On a ladder on a larger window, not a chance, by the time you've attempted to move your hands, it's on the floor. Just got a bin full of foil and a floor full of water now. That said, considering how far I launched it across the garden at the bin, maybe I've a shot at the javelin...

Easy to fit & does the job
Last autumn I built a garden room with south facing windows. Obviously come summertime it gets unbearably hot in there so I bought this to help keep the temperatures down. Only time will tell whether this alone will be enough or whether (and I suspect I will) need air con in there too.Anyway on to the installation. I thoroughly cleaned the glass and gave it a good scraping with a razor blade to get any bits and bobs off. I cleaned the glass one more time and then cut my film to a rough size. I then soaked the window and the film with a water/Johnsons baby shampoo mix from a spray bottle. The film went onto the glass and I could slide it into position.I then used a squeegee and got all the air bubbles out from the centre towards the edge. Finally I cut the excess off with a stanley knife and voila! The film was initially very hazy when looking through it but jump forward 24 hours and its cleared up no end.In the short time it's been up it has made a difference to the temperature in my garden room. Only time will tell whether this difference is significant enough to get away without buying an air con unit too. I'll edit this review accordingly when it's been tested a bit.

Ottima pellicola
Arrivata come da accordi.

Bin zufrieden
