The size was WAY TOO SMALL compared to their chart. I am a 5'4" female, whose weight put me on the boarder between medium and large. It's supposed to fit much taller men with broader shoulders. But I can barely put my arms through it - even before I tighten up the connections. I also had to tie the devices differently, and add a cross bar on the top to keep the shoulders from painfully digging into my skin. Very disappointing. I'm not even sure if an XX Large would fit.

Medium is too small compared to previous version. I have the older version and medium fits just fine so I thought medium size of new version would also fit but it turned out too small. Return window has passed and I am unable to use it.
