This is a good wedge pillow. It helps keep my husband's blood pressure up while he sleeps.

Came in a bag, not firm enough. Not a good product for the money.

I bought this pillow to help with acid reflux. This pillow is very hard. It is large enough to stay elevated on your back. It is nice to use if you are watching tv in bed. It is very supportive for that. But as for side sleepers it is too hard. If you are a back sleeper it will work fine. I gave it 4 stars because it is a useful pillow just not for side sleepers.

UPDATE - I emailed the company and they immediately sent a new cover so they get 5-stars for customer service.Very disappointed. Have used this as a pain-in-the-back sleep aid for a couple of months and it does seem to make my morning back pain less severe. Removed the cover to launder it and when I put the cover back on the zipper is broken. So sad, and annoying. My husband has used Kӧlbs Bed Wedge Pillow with Memory Foam Top for 1 year with no issues. I would recommend that brand over this brand.
