My husband wears this cologne, and it smells incredible! It’s bold but not overpowering, with a warm, slightly sweet, and masculine scent that really stands out. You can definitely pick up the mix of vanilla, lavender, and woody notes, which makes it feel both fresh and deep at the same time.One of the best things about it is how long it lasts—he puts it on in the morning, and it’s still going strong by the end of the day. The bottle looks cool too. If you’re looking for a cologne that’s unique, confident, and gets compliments, this one is a winner!

I was a little hesitant placing an order through Amazon because of the number of fake ones sold of this particular fragrance (and many other premium brands). And it did not help when the product showed it was sold by a seller named Easy Fresh but when I checked on the order status, saw I was dealing with Cape USA. I actually tried to cancel the order after placing it the day before (for fear of getting a fake one) but Amazon informed me they were unable to because the item was already being processed and getting ready for shipment. I felt somewhat optimistic in seeing this was an order being fulfilled by Amazon. (That means the product is not being shipped directly from the seller but being fulfilled and shipped from an Amazon facility. And I know they do their best to make sure genuine items are shipped out, because I work in one of these warehouses. It is still possible, but extremely rare, that fake ones can slip through and still get shipped).Anyways, the item arrived a day earlier than what was showing in the tracking info. Moment of truth, I opened up the package and then the product itself. After careful examination and referring to a couple of other sources on detecting a fake copy of this item, I was relieved to have received a genuine one.Scent, projection and performance seems to be the same as the one I sampled (by spraying on myself) at the local Macy's department store. The name "elixir" lives up to its name meaning you don't need to apply a lot of this on you (I only use about 3 sprays) to get noticeable projection. This is one scent that gets attention and turns heads. Performance is right at about 8 hours for me before it fades. This fragrance works best in Fall, Winter, early Spring, and cooler nights. I see it more of a fragrance you would wear on a date or small/large festive gatherings. If you're just starting out with your fragrance collection, this is one to look at and seriously consider. I am getting re-acquainted to the men's fragrance game after being away for a while and I have read so many positive reviews on this particular and latest flanker of the Le Male line. After I sampled it, I had to get a bottle for me. As with all fragrances, it is subjective and always try a sample before investing in a larger bottle.

This is my husbands favorite cologne. My mother in law is such a generous giver, she recently gifted this cologne to husband, the price point was wayyyy more affordable than other brands she’s gifted in the past (Tom Ford, Creed, etc.). This happens to be his current favorite and I’m thrilled because now I can afford to buy it for him haha. The scent is sweeter for a masculine cologne, it lasts all day long. He sprays at 4am and when he’s home by 7pm, he still smells great. I take a few spritz sometimes before work so I can smell like him all day. Also the gold sexy bulge man bottle is the best.

Le Male Jean Paul Gaultier Elixir smells fantastic! I absolutely love it. The longevity is incredible - it lasted me all day and even into the next day. Highly recommend!

I was very good. I like the smell of it, the only reason it isn't 5 stars is that the box/metal casing of the fragrance came damaged. It was dented and it took me a solid 30 minutes to get all the dents out. The cologne was in great condition though.

Smells really good, a long lasting scent, and it’s strong I would say is worth my money this cologne actually smells good. And a sick packaging!
