Works great!
These help me so much. The hot flashes have lessened significantly. I tried going with out them and the hot flashes came back strong. Highly recommend.

Update. I’ve been using these for a month now and the hot flashes are gone. I see other reviewers who haven’t had the same results, but maybe it’s the body chemistry, idk. I know that for me, this product has truly helped. I started using this four days for help with hot flashes. They were driving me insane!!! After four days the hot flashes have indeed gone down. I went from 4-7 episodes throughout the day, and waking up 2-5 times a night soaked in sweat. The first night of taking this pill, I woke up once. Slightly, uncomfortably warm, but not sweating. As of today, my nights haven’t been disrupted by hot flashes and I’ve gotten one to two episodes a day, but they’re so mild I’m hardly noticing them. I went from losing my mind to almost normal. I’m going to have to keep these on hand at all times. They’ve truly been a game changer!

Stopped working with hot flashes
It’s a good product. But after 4 mths it has stopped working especially with hot flashes and mood swings. Works great with gut health.

Dont waste your money
Does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help my hot flashes. I have taken a few others that have helped alot. This is a waste of money

Won't let me give a two-star, for good reasons!
This product has not been mandated by the FDA. This is a very small stipulation that you can find in a small writing. It also does not give you a phone number in order to cancel. This product DOES NOT work!!!
