As an Italian, espresso is not just a drink, it’s a daily ritual, and Caffè Borbone “Mia Napoli” capsules deliver it perfectly. For many years, I used the same brand in plastic capsules, but I decided to switch because they were individually wrapped in too much plastic, and the coffee didn’t flow as smoothly as it should. Since switching to these aluminium capsules, I’ve noticed a huge improvement. There’s no more wasted water in my espresso machine, before I had to empty it after just two coffees, but now I can wait until the pod slot is full. The coffee flows perfectly every time, the texture is smooth, and the taste is excellent. I tried the tasting pack first, and Napoli quickly became my favorite because it is the strongest of the three, but all the flavors are smooth and tasty, and it’s nice to switch things up sometimes. The packaging is another big plus. It’s very compact, taking up minimal space, where I previously stored 100 capsules, I can now fit 600. Everything is organized and easy to handle. Honestly, I cannot find any real faults. Maybe the price is slightly high, but if bought on sale, it is a fantastic value. Overall, these capsules make every espresso effortless and enjoyable, they solve the problems of my previous capsules, taste amazing, and fit perfectly into a busy routine. I would highly recommend them to anyone serious about their coffee.

Nice coffee, but my Lor machine struggles with it a bit, might be tight packed in the pods, nice coffee though.

Don’t buy these unless you have no taste buds they taste vile. They don’t taste or smell like coffee in fact they will make you feel sick.

I really like the taste of these coffees but last batches aren’t working properly. I have to constantly press the buttons to get the amount needed. I have reset machine to factory settings numerous times but they don’t work. I had the Napoli and magica and both the same.

Coffee flavours were good. Only downfall was the flow of the capsules that’s why didn’t give 5 stars.
