It's really cool and what I was looking for. Very nice quality and packaged really well. The book was not in the package and since it was gift I didn't have time to return and reorder so that was a little disappointing. However after leaving my initial review and stating the book was missing; the company reached out and offered a satisfactory resolution.

Beautiful ocarina. Beautiful tone. My Zelda player loves it and is picking up how to play it fast. The neck paint was not as bold as the advertisement pictures. The hand stand is difficult to use.

Great product first of all, beautiful and sounds nice. Though it was smaller than I thought, and it would be a lot easier to play if it were a little larger. But this is also subjective since everyone has different sized hands and mine are a little large for this. If they had an option for a larger version that would be nicer for someone like me. I've never played an instrument outside of the recorder in K-12, so the learning curve is more difficult for me to learn to play it. That is the only reason why I gave it 4 stars since the item shows pictures of finger placement on the holes, but does not recognize the musical notes by letter. This is both good and bad, good if you know how to read music and are a beginner looking to just play the songs that the book has, but bad if you eventually want to learn other songs on the instrument. Having said that, it is pretty easy to learn the songs in the book, but it takes a little practice with it. This is a great gift for any Zelda fan, even if they never play it, it makes a great display piece as it is very appeasing to the eye. The stand however, could be better as since both are the same material, there is some fraction and it can be tricky to get the item to sit up properly, so I would advice to have it rest on a wide surface with a towel beneath. It will take a little shake to have the Ocarina slip, and if it falls off someplace high, it can break.

I have bought 2 ocarinas, this exact one, one for my sister, and one for myself. Both showed up in great condition, and they sound amazing. Highest note requires more breath, but all the notes are crisp and accurately tuned. The booklet is useful when starting out, and has all the notes including the flats/sharps. Definitely going to be a fun instrument to master this year! Great job!

I bought this at least twice on different occasions as a gift. It's really good to appeal to Zelda fans as well as musically inclined recipients. I'm not a fan of the material, as it's a glass of somekind, making me wary of how fragile it can be. Still, a good instrument to legitimately learn.

Visually it’s great. Love the look and feel. The little hand stand is kind of useless, the only time I got it to sit in it was for the picture and it fell out easily within a minute of taking the picture. I tried setting it up again more times than I’d like to admit and couldn’t get it to balance, probably for the best though as it’s not sturdy at all. It did come with a string though that I used to hang it then. You can try to play it but it will probably sound terrible. Most of my notes were off, a few so far off it’s not even worth trying to play. Overall I’m happy with the appearance and will be using it as decorative only but will be using a reputable site for any future purchase to ensure functionality.

Stativet är helt onödigt, väskan gick sönder direkt. Men instrumentet är bra.

My son loves his ocarina. He dressed up like Link and brought it to school for World Book Day. He can play Happy Birthday and many tunes from Zelda and My Neighbour Totoro. It is very loud and best played out of doors.
