Everything describing the product lead me to believe 2 braces were included in the purchase. I received half of what was expected. WHY??

Quality material and stays in place well. Worth the money.

I ordered this brand because it is recommended to use a pair while the injury heals and this particular brand not only recommended using the pair but also appeared to sell them as a pair- I was duped! While it is true that when I went back to see where it stated that they came as a pair, I am unable to see the actual statement. However I can see phrasing that led me to believe this was the case. My main reason to write the review is to be sure others are not ordering this particular brand hoping to receive a pair and then be disappointed to find you only get one. Also they run bigger than expected, which will matter. In my case I ordered a medium and found a small will certainly be a better fit. I choose to try a different company rather than continue with this brand-

It took a few times for our dog to get used to this brace, but I think the brace along with the compression helped her walk when her paw was injured.

Well made, my doggie looks comfortable wearing it. I'm sure it will help with inflammation and pain relief as Lexi( the dog) has been using braces on both paws before and it was very successful but we lost one. Actually I thought there would be a pair as £35 for only one is a bit much I thought . Until I found out that income from those braces go towards help and support for poor abandoned dogs with mobility problems. That's a very worthy cause and I'm very happy that I was able to help. Thank you

Meine zehnjährige Kangal‑Mix‑Hündin Emma hat Arthrose in den Karpalgelenken und schließlich deutliche Schwellungen. Nach dem Kauf von zwei Bandagen und dem täglichen anlegen gingen die Schwellungen innerhalb weniger Wochen komplett zurück — das hat mich wirklich überrascht. Wichtig zu wissen ist das Konzept des Herstellers: Es geht nicht darum, das Gelenk komplett ruhigzustellen, sondern durch Reibung und Wärme Linderung zu erzeugen. Deswegen sind die Bandagen bewusst nicht starr. Ich war anfangs ehrlich gesagt auch skeptisch, doch meine Hündin fand die weiche Passform angenehm und hat sie sich ohne Murren anlegen lassen. Die Bandagen bestehen aus weichem Neopren-Innenmaterial das auch tatsächlich wirksam war. Man muss auf jeden Fall darauf achten, die Bandage nicht zu eng anzulegen; etwas Fingerspitzengefühl ist nötig!!! Bei Lieferung wirkten die Bandagen gut verarbeitet und hochwertig. Doch nach einiger Zeit löste sich an einer Bandage ein Klettverschluss, den ich mit ein paar Stichen wieder befestigt habe. Das war ärgerlich, scheint aber auch bei anderen Nutzern vorgekommen zu sein. In meinem Fall betraf es nur einen von drei Verschlüssen pro Bandage; der Hersteller sollte die Verarbeitung hier aber unbedingt verbessern!!! Emma trägt die Bandagen nur draußen, also wenn sie Bewegung ist und inzwischen nur bei Bedarf, wenn die Gelenke anschwellen. Seitdem ist sie deutlich lebhafter: sie springt über die Felder, fordert andere Hunde zum Spielen auf und wirkt insgesamt fitter — fast wie ein zweiter Frühling. Deshalb schreibe ich diese Rezension: um anderen Hundebesitzern meine ehrliche Erfahrung weiterzugeben. Ich finde diese Bandagen aus meiner und Emmas Erfahrung empfehlenswert.
