All based on having received the device June 2025 and this the first time I've used it.I took delivery, quickly scanned the instructions and set the device up. It worked first time. I have the 3 outlet version and all three outlets worked perfectly. Interestingly, the device will still work if you over lap times but it will shorten the timer of the preceding outlet. This is good design because at least your garden gets watered rather the device sitting there waiting for Devine intervention. I'd buy another even though the longevity isn't proven yet.There are 4 AA batteries, so I anticipate it will outlast the summer period as I have had similar, 2 outlet devices with with 2 AA batteries that have outlasted the summer period by good measure.The timer device is aparently well made, solid and very intuitive to use.

Installed this in May and found it to be very effective and easy to use. Good value for the price - there are more elegant solutions out there but i don’t spend a lot of time staring at my outside tap. Nice touch to include plumbers tape. In July one of the zones stopped working, so I contacted Divoo who were quick to respond and requested a video of the problem. This was duly sent in and they immediately sent me a replacement with no further questions asked. I have just installed it and all seems well so far. Thank you Divoo - others could learn a lot from your approach to customer service!

Worried if this would suffer outside in time but am into the second year and it still works perfectly. Seems a bit complicated but, as with all things, easy if you read the instructions properly!I added a greenhouse kit from Amazon and can now go on holiday and return to find my plants still alive! Three outlets so can have flower beds and lawn watered as required too. It can be set at varying intervals for however long you need. Will work for as little as a minute which, twice a day, is enough in my greenhouse.

easy to set up and connect up. Has worked fine this summer and looks feels well made. How long it lasts time will tell but as it cost a fair bit hopefully quite a few seasons. One thing I have found with several makes is they do NOT stand up to our UK winters, so disconnect and take indoors AND remove batteries for the winter.UPDATE MAY 2024it lasted the season and reinstalled for the summer.Update April 2025Still working fine, reinstalled as taken indoors for winter (ESSENTIAL) new batteries installed. Some reviews say it leaks, it does NOT, make sure you use good quality connectors and if you using old ones make sure you replace the rubber O rings every year if they have them (good ones do!!) Will update again in 2026.As an addendum I used to buy Hozelock timers but as they only lasted a couple years I looked for a replacement. I’m always wary of Chinese manufacturers but they can make good kit when they need to.

Brilliant customer service from Divoo when I had an issue 3 months after purchase.Mine had a stuck button where something ingressed into the unit due to the messy location I put it in. Lesson learnt I'll keep it in a clear bag to reduce risk. Not perfect though. What could make it better?- a better way to manage the timing. Every 8 hours for example per zone isn't helpful to me.- inclusion of a rain detector to allow automated skipping of watering would be helpful.Overall pretty happy for the price. I have smart online connected ones at home, but for a remote location without a data connection this does the trick. thanks

Really easy to set up and programme. I managed to water an entire lawn of grass seed while I went on holiday, and came back to a luscious new lawn.
