Poor execution
The concept is good but it is poorly executed… the Velcro has been put on the wrong way, the scratchy side is up so when you extend it out you’ll feel it regardless of putting it in a pillow case and wearing PJs. You could use it upside down to help with this but due to the way it is sewn it is awkward to lay on and the little zip pulls are no comfy to lie on either.
