The grip of these are fantastic, they hold really well and they are the best banana clips ive have used. Love the look that they give. Id recommend for long, medium thickness hair.

One of my clips broke after the second use. I will not buy from this brand again.

I have really, really long hair (not quite classic length, but tailbone) that's fine but also really dense. I've always used claw clips but I'm tired of hiding my length in one, so I bought these! Right off the bat they look really cute, and they feel pretty durable. I love Kitsch's design and products, so I was excited to try them. It took a few attempts to get these in. I have wavy hair, but following video tutorials from people with wavy/curly hair meant I couldn't close the clip. Instead, I followed another method of pulling my hair back and just sliding the open banana clip upwards. It held my hair really, really well for several hours (it never fell out, I took it out) and I managed to maintain a good chunk of my length whilst still keeping my hair out of my face and off my neck - essential for summer! Genuinely really good products as with all of Kitsch's range, well worth grabbing them.

Awful does not hold curly hair my Shein one what’s better

The clips are good quality and haven’t broke however wouldn’t really recommend for thick hair as it doesn’t hold that well and falls out due to the weight of hair

This is brilliant. I have long, thick hair and have always loved this style of hair product. As well as obviously keeping my hair off my face, I like the fact it makes my hair look longer than a ponytail. However this individual brand is the first time for years I've been fully happy with one. It's hold is really good, it lasted all day and evening, whereas in the past I often had to readjust it. The clip at the top gently held my hair, without tugging and making my roots sore as with previous products. I would recommend.

These are really cute and when they DO manage to hold my hair it stays in place all day. Unfortunately I don’t think these are great for thick hair, they’re definitely not as sturdy as some of the other reviews say. The clasp pops open quite easily if it’s not positioned just right, and the clasp on mine broke after about 5 uses

I loooove these! They hold well, and don't slip out of your hair. I can put my hair up in these and not have to fix it for the entire day and it still looks okay! They don't crease your hair like a hair tie would when you take it down, it looks the same! They don't pull on my hair or feel heavy- I have an issue with headaches from ponytails and tight styles. I do have finer, somewhat thin, long hair. I'm not sure these would work/ stay shut with thick or curly hair. Only slight complaint is sometimes it's hard to get the clip to stay shhut and not pop open when first putting it up, but that might just be user error tbh lol.
