⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Daughter Loves It. Simple, Effective, and Stylish
Bought the Oral-B iO3 for my daughter and it’s been a hit from day one. It does exactly what it promises - powerful clean, gentle feel, and noticeably brighter teeth after regular use. The three modes give her flexibility, and the travel case is a nice touch for holidays or sleepovers. It’s sleek in black, easy to use, and feels like a proper upgrade from manual brushing. Great value and a thoughtful gift that actually gets used! Highly recommended for teens or adults who want a fuss-free electric brush with real results.

I’m impressed by upgrading to the i03
I’m impressed by my upgrade to an iO3 from my previous Oral B Smart and Pro toothbrushes. The brush action feels more refined like the Philips Sonicare. I have used both Oral B and Sonicare for more than 20 years and the iO3 feels like a real upgrade as it’s gentler and quieter than the original oral B brushes. It also feels more premium than the older range. The brush heads are larger than the original oral b heads similar to cross action head. The brush has 3 modes, while these might not be obvious you can switch through these easily. The pressure sensor is really useful Green you’re applying correct pressure and Red too much pressure. It also has the standard pacer timer. It’s simple enough to use and has the right functionality without being full of features you don’t need. I bought this mainly for travel, so I have yet to check the real battery life. My previous Oral B would last a week on holiday before running out, but I am sure this will surpass this as a new brush. The brush heads are more expensive than the original oral b brushes, but over a year this is not a big increase in cost for 1 person, but is with taking into account if you have a larger family. Also the original oral b heads are more widely sold, useful if you’re travelling overseas. My brush came with travel case and the standard oral b charger. The travel case is a real bonus to stop your brush turning on in your luggage 😜 I would recommend iO3 for its simplicity and premium offering. It’s a good brush that has all you need, without the premium price tags of the higher end models.

Powerful clean that’s gentle on gums – a great mid-range toothbrush
I’ve been using the Oral-B iO3 for a while now and it gives such a powerful, thorough clean without being harsh. The motor is strong and the micro-vibrations really help lift plaque, but it still feels gentle enough to use around sensitive gums. I’ve noticed my gums feel healthier and less irritated since switching from a manual brush. The pressure sensor is a brilliant feature—it lights up if I’m pressing too hard, which helps me protect my gums while still getting a deep clean. The design is sleek and easy to hold, with three simple cleaning modes to suit your needs. Battery life is decent (lasts about 10–12 days for me), and although it doesn’t come with a travel case, it’s ideal for everyday home use. Definitely a great upgrade if you're after something powerful, effective, and easy on the gums!

Great first electric toothbrush!
I’ve been using the Oral-B iO3 electric toothbrush for a few months now, and it’s made a noticeable difference. I upgraded from the older style electric toothbrush and even at this entry level version I am very happy with it. My teeth feel cleaner compared to the old one. I also appreciate how much quieter it runs. Battery life is roughly the same as the previous model and charging still takes a while. But overall very happy!

Wow
I am one of the pickiest people going on most things (annoyingly so) and can honestly say this is the best toothbrush I have ever used in my life. I never would have spent crazy money on an electric brush but I got a deal on this for just under £70 with a voucher and my dentist says I'm in the early stages of gum issues so I needed to do something. I'm a late 20s woman. WOW. My teeth felt SO CLEAN after the first brush, literally as clean as a hygenist appointment but minus the inconvenience. It is gentle, easy, lets you know if you brush too hard, and the clean feeling lasted hours and hours. Usually I brush with an ancient oral b electric then a manual and a tiny tepe and those three things together did not get my teeth as clean as this one toothbrush did. Mum says teeth haven't "ever looked this clean/white". I got stuck camping overnight recently with zero toothbrush and when I came home it had been 24 hr since I last brushed my teeth - so you know how much you need to floss/brush by then. I brushed using this, and after flossed to see how much plaque had been left - there was almost zero plaque removed by the floss because the brush completely removed it all. Honestly an amazing buy and I have no doubt my dentist will be over the moon - my gums are also less red and no longer bleeding at all. EDIT: few months later battery is dead, I still love my toothbrush and it's being repaired as I type this (fingers crossed) but longevity wise come on guys??

Very good l, advanced toothbrush
I left a negative review originally because I thought the brushes did not fit properly and the overall toothbrush vibrated too much. I sent back for a repair. The company actually sent me an upgraded unit - great. Unfortunately, it vibrated too much like the old one. I just realised there are a bunch of settings from very gentle to crazy vibrate. The toothbrush is a little expensive but is really good and worth the extra spend (once you figure out the functionality 😀)

Terrible battery
Hardly used for the past year as I mostly use manual however the battery is already terrible, charge it overnight and will last 10 seconds before stopping and a red light showing. Avoid oral b!

Great Thoth brunch if only there was an indicator tell you in which mode you are in.
