This Vitamin C is liposomal which means it can survive the stomach acid and can reach the intestines where it is absorbed. This “PrimaVita Liposomal Vitamin C 1400mg Capsules, Immune Support Supplement, High Absorption Vitamin & Antioxidant Fat Soluble Vitamin C Supplement (180 Capsules)” is easy to swallow.The plastic bottle is dark brown in color which protects the contents from light. There is a plastic wrap around the cap to protect it from accidental opening. There is also a safety seal foil at the mouth of the bottle. It has a long shelf-life since the expiry date at the bottom of the bottle is 02/28/2026 (note that today is 06/18/2023).There are no toxic ingredients in this supplement neither preservatives nor chemical anti-caking agents are used.The only weird thing I saw was that the online description says this is fat-soluble. Vitamins C, as well as B, are water-soluble vitamins.This supplement is a little bit on the pricy side compared to a leading well-known brand. But this is formulated liposomal, all-natural and vegan friendly. Good stuff!

This liposomal vitamin C is more effective than the regular vitamin C supplements. I took the 2 capsules daily and I think it made my immune system stronger. I said so because during my summer break, I travelled internationally and stayed in many different places. Although it is post-pandemic time, various factors can still cause people to be sick. I did not come down with anything over the summer, which could be attributed to this liposomal vitamin C I took. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I do not feel any discomfort after taking these capsules. I would recommend this product.

The first thing that I noticed is that these are a powder in a gel capsule, not a liquid in a gel capsule. Liposomal vitamin C is recommended because the bioavailability of vitamin C is much higher when it is encased in fat (liposomal is Greek for body of fat). I don't see how these can be legitimately described as liposomal while being sold in a powdered form.

Liposomal supplements are purported to make vitamins more bioavailable. Vitamin C is my favorite antioxidant, so I’m giving this formulation a go. The capsules are easy to swallow. The bottle contains 45 days of 2 capsule daily dosing.

Liposomal means the vitamins are supposed to be more bioavailable, and this formulation is advertised as created in a certified cGMP environment, so I figured it was worth a try. My sensitive stomach doesn't mind it, which is also a plus. So far, so good!

This provides 1400 mg of Vitamin C which is 1555% of recommended daily value, even though this particular supplement says ** DV not established, I'm guessing because the Vitamin C is from other sources besides the usual ascorbic acid. These are normal-sized capsules, I will be taking one per day because one capsule already provides a mega-dose of Vitamin C on its own, meaning that this should be a half-year supply. At $18.95, it's a fine value. Recommended.

I’ve been a firm believer in taking Vitamin C on a daily basis for boosted immunity and better absorption of calcium. This product provides 700 mg of liposomal vitamin C per capsule. They suggest taking two capsules (1400 mg) per day but that is WAY above the recommended daily amount of vitamin C. I’ve been taking just one capsule a day, which means this bottle will last six months. The pills are easy to swallow and don’t taste bad.
