Great paper for my coloured pencils, took a few layers,with great results, which surprised me as I thought this paper would be a bit on the light side.

The fact that the paper is already toned makes your drawings come to life when you add a white highlight. Excellent for charcoal portrait studies.

Excellent paper for charcoal drawing, the only downside is that it's very expensive (otherwise it would have given 5 stars!)

Ich habe einen größeren Block gebraucht. Ich bin zufrieden aber nach längerem drauf zeichnen hat der Block die Farbe nichtmehr richtig angenommen und es fühlt sich anders an darauf zu zeichnen als auf der normalen Größe. Ich musste 4 Köpfe zeichnen und mit den ersten beiden hat alles irgendwie super gekappt. Bei dem 3 und 4 kopf nahm der Block dann die Farbe weniger gut auf. Ich weiß nicht woran das liegt, so alsob das Papier auf der anderen Seite besser ist als auf der anderen. Keine Ahnung. Bin aber schon zufrieden aber geht besser.

The color is lovely neutral and works well with pastel, conte, charcoal.

Purchased this for my son's girlfriend. She loves to draw & this is a perfect stocking stuffer for her. I was trying to find some things she might enjoy & this is the perfect size for putting in her purse. Great sketch pad for on the go. I found quite a few sketch pads but most of them have pages that are bound to the book. This makes them difficult to remove as the entire book eventually starts falling apart. This book has rings so the pages can easily be removed without compromising the binding. The paper appears to be a good quality thickness. It is the perfect little notebook for anyone who wants an on the go sketch pad.
