All my stuff fits
I got my new gun case last night. It's much more spacious than the case I got packaged with my shotgun, and it has more storage compartments as well. I'm not totally clear on a known issue with zippers breaking on some of these bags (I was told by employees at two different gun shops) but time will tell if the issue has been resolved. It appears that the zippers have loops built into them, so that the top two main ones that close the gun compartments can align to place a lock through the holes, though the holes are so small, I can't imagine what type of lock would fit, or even be worth the purchase. One thing that this bag does not do is prevent my guns from sliding around in their compartments. My old bag had long enough, very flexible velcro strips so you could secure the barrel and stock in one spot. This bag has shorter, stiffer velcro strips so you can conform them around the gun and secure the barrel and stock. I guess it's not too big of a deal, since my bag won't be should-carried or shifted around much beyond putting it into my trunk to take to the range. The front zipper compartments on either end are very tight, even to reach your hand into, so don't expect to put anything bulky into those, (maybe they're for manuals, keys, wallets, etc.) however the two center pockets are plenty large enough to fit ear protectors and goggles (one in each pocket). In a couple of inner compartments behind those outer pockets, I have 5 .223/5.56 P-Mags in one compartment, and 5 BX-25 mags in the other. Those compartments are not the same size, so my P-Mags are in the larger of the two.The carrying handle is sufficiently padded so even with all my gear (Smith & Wesson M&P 15, Ruger 10/22 Battleship edition, 5 mags for each, ear defenders and eye protection) the handle remains comfortable and the bag doesn't even seem as heavy as my old one did, maybe because the contents are not as densely packed, and I didn't even have my protection gear in the other bag, since it wouldn't fit. The square stitching on the front pockets on either end seem to be purely cosmetic, unless you have lots of long, extremely thin items to slide into them, but they'd need hooks to keep from falling through to the ground.I also forgot to add that my Ruger 10/22 can now keep its laser sight attached, as there is plenty of space, height-wise. This is a huge plus because with my old bag, I couldn't squeeze both rifles AND leave the scope attached, so I had to zero it in at the range every single time I shot, after reattaching it. In summary, I think this bag is a great value because it has sufficient room for my gear, it has plenty of compartments so my things won't get damaged from hitting each other, and the handle has plenty of padding so my hand is not sore from carrying the weight. This is especially important for me when I'm at the gunshop and there are long lines while I wait to rent a shooting lane, because I don't want to put my bag on the floor and risk someone stepping on it and/or cause a tripping hazard, especially when it's often crowded with not only adults but a few children. When I get additional firearms, I'll most likely get another one of these, possibly in a different color just to mix things up. Everything doesn't need to look "tactical". :)

One of the Best soft rifle cases I've ever had..and I've have several!!
I have Condor and Voodoo double rifle cases and then I found my first Drago case at my local gun shop that I frequent. I bought one on the spot. I'll admit construction quality wise the Voodoo is equal with the Drago cases, but the adaptability of the Drago case far exceeded the Voodoo and the Condor wasn't even in the same league as the other 2. The large middle outer pocket on the Drago is perfect for my shooting glasses (I wear Rx shooting glasses so its easier to just leave them in the case), tools and ear protection, not to mention the drawstring that allows me to cinch everything down on all outer pockets. I'm able to squeeze 4 mags in each of the mag pockets, but I typically only put 3 in the because I also have a couple mag pouches attached using the molle/pals. The only complaint I have for the Drago case is there isn't molle/pals attachment points on the inside of the case for tiedowns for the rifles, which Voodoo doesn't have either, and that the there isn't much padding in the larger storage area behind the outer pockets for the pistols. When I found them on Amazon they were cheaper by a few dollars with free shipping, so I decided to forgo my loyalty to my local shop and get a couple. I just ordered another 42" a couple days ago. With the options available like the backpack straps, which in my opinion is more comfortable than the Voodoo straps, the built-in pockets and the molle/pals attachment on the outside and the price point make this the perfect choice for a soft rifle. I've even put these cases inside one of my Pelican cases, I just removed the foam, and used them for travel. With the TSA regs I had everything covered with the hard, lockable cases but I had my soft cases which is easier to go on a long hump with to get to some decent BLM land or carry to the range. In my case I would probably use my Pelican cases for the range just because they have wheels. However it quite fun to go to the range and need one of the range carts to get all your firearms to the line, although sometimes when there's a range virgin there and you go walking by with a stack of gun cases on the cart its fun to watch his jaw drop ;-)

Love this Drago Case
I love this Drago case. It is as advertised and does have the Drago patch on the side so you know it's legit and not a knock-off. The product is well made and heavy duty. Zippers work well and seems that they will last. The area for the two rifles are accessible via one zippered pocket but there is an attached padded flap in the middle to separate the two weapons. The two sides in this area have pockets on both ends to slip the barrel and stock into and also has dual Velcro straps so the rifles are secure during transport. There is also an additional zippered area where the front pocketed section will fold down for additional storage. The outside pockets are roomy and secure and great for carrying magazines or ammo. I use this with my AR10 and the 20 round magazines fit great in the two smaller pockets leaving the middle one for ammo or other accessories. The inside sections of this case are lined with polyester so I carry a couple of shop towels in the case for when you want to pack away the rifle after a long day at the range and don't want to wait for the barrel to cool off. I just wrap the barrel with the rag which keeps the case safe from melting. Minor inconvenience given the great quality and price but all polyester carrying cases would have this same issue so not a negative at all for me. I highly recommend this case and would quickly buy it again if I needed another case such as this. Would even buy this case if I was only looking for a single gun case as the extra padding and room doesn't add much bulk and always nice to be able to carry dual weapons when needed. I typically only carry a single rifle, my AR10, but have put both my AR10 and AR15 in the case at the same time and that works great as well. You will NOT be disappointed with this purchase.
