Unlike some of the other natural role-ons and ointments I have tried this really seems to get rid of the soreness and pain from repetitive use. I got some after the first golf outing of the year had my shoulders and elbows screaming for mercy. I keep one in my golf bag and another in my gym bag and it's now part of my pre and post activity routine to keep away the pain.

I have never written a review, but when I found this product that really soothed my lower back and hamstring pains, I wanted to give it its props. I've tried most of the on the shelf products claiming to provide lower back and muscle pain relief, none worked anywhere close to this relive & relax roll on. Well worth the money. Will go for the 3 pack next time.

I’ve used these menthol rubs before, but they are more of an ointment or gel. This is a clear roll on, which makes it convenient. You can just roll it to the targeted areas you need. It’s harder to do this in certain hard to reach areas like your upper back and neck all by yourself. I found myself rubbing some of this on my hands and then applying it to where I needed it. I would say that it was more effective rubbing it in my muscles than just rolling it on. It takes a few minutes to dry completely and there’s a cooling sensation. It smells like menthol and I like that the smell goes away. I applied this at night and the next morning, I did find this relieved some aches better than others. Even though the chronic aches didn’t go away completely, this did help provide some moderate relief overall.

I’ve been struggling in hikes with joint pain in my knees and this product worked great! It’s super small so it fits in a day pack no problem and is a super useful tool to bring, highly recommend for any outdoorsy or active people!

Product does NOT WORK!! With camphor & menthol, just “ices” your area you roll it on. Makes it cold, but does NOT get rid of the pain. $24.99 is a complete waste. PLUS, you can NOT return it!! $24.99 OUT THE WINDOW!!

Didn't do anything for my arthritic hands. I found gloves that work very well: Thumb Anchor.
