I like the way this is easy to use and you can use some micropore tape to stick on the chakras while you are doing something else. It helps with pain and really balanced my hormones very quickly. My stomach is not so bloated and sleeping better. The pain I have had in the bottom of my bowel is now not as bad.

As support for my well-being condition with two autoimmune diseases, I visit my therapist (for different reflex therapies and energy stabilisation) on a monthly bases. My therapist suggested me to try to use Polarix for the time between therapies when I'm in pain (of course when the pain is not too strong) or just for the stabilization of the energy. I'm very satisfied with the effect. For now, I share it with my teenage daughter who is having quite strong period difficulties and it works for her as well.

Got the item fast, not actually tried it yet. I was disappointed that the instruction Manuel is completely in another language.

I ordered this to hopefully help with bouts of gastritis and also insomnia. Unfortunately I haven’t noticed much difference since using the disc. Disappointed as I’d had high hopes from other reviewers.

The size portability of the disc makes it easy to take anywhere. Can place in driver's seat sitting on this for any journey long or short. Put the disc over an irritating medium sized mole - it fell off a few days later ! Makes water taste really fresh and sweet. Raises moods, a happier/brighter atmosphere when placed nearby in a room. Has relieved back pain and helped sleep enormously. Very skeptical at first, but now really impressed 😊

I use this for pain relief and it really helps. I suffer from abdominal pain and when I use this disk, the pain stays away and I feel so much better. I am sure it is clearing my energy at the same time. I love this product and use it all the time. It also protects me against EMF’s which is an added bonus.

Haven't used this myself, but gave it to a friend who has a lot of pain. She says it works quite well and she uses it all the time, especially as she doesn't like to take too much pain killing medication.

Ich konnte es kaum erwarten, mein Polarix zu empfangen und es zu benutzen. Es kam in einer schönen Verpackung mit der kleinen Broschüre (detaillierte Anleitungen zur Verwendung von Polarix für verschiedene gesundheitliche Probleme). Ich fand es wirklich vorteilhaft für meine Kopfschmerzen und ich benutze es auch für die Ganzkörper-Chakra-Therapie - jeden Tag für ca. 20 Minuten, 3 Minuten pro Chakra und ich fühle mich großartig. Mein Mann hörte von seinem Kollegen, dass es für die Entgiftung des Wassers verwendet werden kann, also jeden Morgen legt er es unter das Glas Wasser für ein paar Minuten. Er sagt, dass er durch den Tag mehr Vitalität fühlt. Prodotto Eccellente! Di facile utilizzo. Basta appoggiarlo sulla zona dolorante, per sentirne i benefici dopo 10/20 minuti. I piccoli dolori passano dopo 10/15 minuti. Sui bambini ha un effetto immediato, proprio come nella descrizione.L'ho provato su mia figlia, il mal di pancia sparisce dopo pochi minuti. Per i mal di testa "intensi" ha un effetto calmante del dolore, ma non lo fa sparire. Del resto non è "miracoloso", ma fa tanto devo dire. Lo uso da diverso tempo. L'ho prestato a parenti scettici ... l'ho acquistato per loro ...e ... non lo tolgono Mai, in quanto ne sentono i benefici (e dire che mi dicevano di aver butatto soldi...) Che dire di più? Magico! Unico neo: su Amazon vendono solo una versione. Spero che nel tempo inseriscano anche gli altri prodotti. Prodotto arrivato nei tempi, come solo Amazon sa fare. Je l'ai placé sous mon oreiller et, effet inattendu, retrouve avec surprise et un immense plaisir la conscience de rêver (!) que j'avais perdu depuis des mois et des mois, voire peut-être même des années. Pour ce “seul” bénéfice, très heureux de cet achat. Confiant pour la suite.

Für meine Muskelschmerzen in den Beinen hat es nichts gebracht. Überhaupt nichts. Keinerlei Besserung der Schmerzen.
