These stuffs are excellent for walking. I use them to walk for 3 hours daily.Before I was using a cane and every two blocks I have to stops.Here in Queens m, New York it would be a new thing for walking. On my way i keep telling people they need to get a pair of these . Best Buy in a long time!!

If you’re looking for basic trekking poles these seem great. Sturdy, lightweight, the tips screw on so it’s easy to tell if they’re on all the way. 1 pole weighs 300 grams with the clips and basic tip on. Or 280 grams with no tip or clips. The lower sections were a little more resistant to extend for some reason, but more of an oddity than any real issue.Only returning them because I found a slightly more expensive (almost identical) pair that’s a little lighter weight with slightly better padding on the handles.

I had surgery that required me not to put any weight on my feet so I was in a wheelchair.I used these to help push me around the house. I am going to use them also when hiking with my pooch I have a different pair that I used a lot but I LOVE the grip on these. Easy to adjust and sturdy for support! I also received them very fast in about 3 days!!

Compact enough to fit into a mid-size suitcase, these are great for travel or backpacking. Sturdy and very adjustable. I used them in the rough Antarctic terrain and found them very helpful.

These hiking poles are helpful. I love the color and they help me when out on hikes that have a lot of rocks and roots.

I saw a woman using these because she has problems walking. She said it’s so much better than hunching over a walker. I thought what a great idea. They are wonderful! Lightweight, sturdy, easy to maneuver, easy to get in and out of the car! No more dragging that walker around!

I ordered this item to use on a nature walk at a local nature preserve. They arrived promptly, and the poles and accessories were well-packaged. A printed booklet including instructions for assembling and caring for the poles, along with other information, was of good quality. The poles are quite compact when folded and can be stored that way in a fabric bag with a shoulder strap that is also included with this purchase. The adjustable poles are lightweight, though sturdy, and it was easy to shorten and lengthen them. They performed well and helped me to navigate a mixture of level, groomed, snow-packed trails, as well as open meadows and hilly terrain with up to 10 inches of fresh snow. I felt very supported by the poles, and they helped me feel confident that I could safely manage these conditions. I am really pleased with them.

I just returned from Glacier National Park in Montana. Went hiking with a fit couple that are much more experienced and weigh a lot less than I do. Frankly, I was worried I wouldn't be able to keep up or would be in a lot of pain. I bought these trekking poles and it was one of the best life choices I've ever made. We hiked 3.5 hours with a lot of incline, two days in a row. I wasn't even the slightest bit sore.The gal I was with admitted to knee, muscle and tendon tenderness the next day.I was the old lady of the pack and I was always last in line but I made it to some spectacular sights. The kids were laughing at me initially with my old lady walking poles. Joke was on them as lots of young people were also sporting them on the trails. Eventually, the kids were trying to borrow the poles. I told then my job was to "keep them off the pole".Seriously though, they truly stabilized my steps up and down inclines.Admittedly, they slow you on flat surfaces but you can pack them away easily. If you carry weight (body composition or in your backpack) this keep you upright and also let's your arms take some the pressure off your knees. One gal on the trail said they also keep her hands from swelling.One of my best purchases ever! I feel proud and strong like I could get out in the trails more regularly without aches and pains later.

Buenos bastones. Se les ve robustos. Viene con bastantes accesorios y conteras de repuesto. Funda de transporte. Las dragoneras son super cómodas y acolchadas. El mango de corcho calidad.Por contra, quizás les sobra algúnos gramos.. hay bastones de aluminio 7075 más ligeros por el precio (decathl0n). Las estrías del mango son bastante ásperas y llegan a molestar , tuve que rebajarlas con una lija fina.Por lo demás , bien , son bastante robustos y fiables. Hice el camino de Santiago con ellos sin problema.Lo mejor: duros, fiables, todoterreno, accesorios . Las dragoneras son buenas y cómodas.Lo peor: algo pesados para ser 7075. Cierres de tramos de plástico. Estrías de la Empuñadura muy aspera

Estos bastones los uso para hacer marcha nórdica y tengo que decir que son robustos, aunque ligeros. Me encanta la facilidad de uso del mecanismo para ajustar la altura de los dos segmentos. Las correas de sujeción a la muñeca son muy cómodas porque están acolchadas. Y los mangos son de corcho, muy cómodos de sujetar.

Todavía no he podido utilizarlos,pero tiene pero en apariencia un buen diseño con aspecto robusto y muy manejable además de venir con un kit muy completo.Estoy deseando probarlos.Muy fáciles de hacerlos extensibles y recogerlos con rapidez.Creo que he hecho una buena compra,aunque haya pagado algo más de lo que se pueden adquirir otros bastones de similares caracteristicas,me decicí por estos.

Buena postura en la mano y fácil de reglarse . Apretar muy fuerte la manillas metálicas con una pinza si necesario.
