Love them easy to swallow

Quick delivery (as always with Amazon), capsules are easy to take and not too large, but not sure about efficacy yet as most reports show that it takes up to 12 weeks for OAB improvement. Taking three capsules per day and will update with more info later. For now, thanks for the fast delivery!

I like the product and it works for me. The only criticism is that there is no moisture absorber in the bottle so the capsules stick to each other

You get 180 capsules, but you have to take three of them a day. They smell like capsules when you open the bottle. And then you see how big they are you’re wondering, oh my goodness. They are about an inch long, end to end.This is supposedly pure pumpkin seed oil in the capsules. They look like vitamin E capsules and I’m almost tempted to just poke a hole and suck the oil out. We shall see if it works well. Personally, I prefer gummies or drops because they seem to work really quickly. But you get six months’ worth that you have to take three per day.It’s a good deal for the price if it all works well. I would prefer pure pumpkin seed oil than a mixture of other ingredients.

This item arrived completely unusable. The capsules are melted together in one big lump. They cannot come out of the bottle let alone be taken. Item is not returnable or refundable. Total rip off.
