Okay, so I just got my order of petri dishes, and I'm pretty happy with them. They seem sturdy and the lids fit snugly, which is important. I've used some cheaper ones before that cracked easily, but these feel much better quality. I'm planning on using them for some DIY biology projects at home. Haven't tried them out yet, but so far, so good. They were shipped quickly too, which was a plus. Definitely recommend these for anyone looking for decent, affordable petri dishes.

My grandson needed it for a chemistry experiment. We couldn't find it anywhere, but on Amazon. The product was delivered quickly and the quality is excellent.

I've used a few and they are OK, but that is it. I guess they were cheap enough and this is why. The plastic seems flimsy and thin to me. I feel when I wash them I may crack them so I do so carefully.

Purchased three times, last two boxes had many dishes inverted (about 1 in 5 upside down) This made a mess while pouring Agar. Found debris inside several of these upside down plates. Are some dishes falling on the floor in production, and placed back in the stacks? Prolly going to try a different vendor. Debris was found in a few of these inverted dishes.

Out of 100 of them 30 looked usable. Also you will have upside down plates in almost every bag. I returned all mine. I dont trust the plates gonna go my usual route .
