Didn't have any bad reactions to flavor as other people. It didn't have any outstanding bad taste, but everyone is different. Overall, I didn't notice that I was specifically relaxed, just moved through my morning and completed what needed to be done. Didn't feel "off" when later in the day after it would have passed through my body. I've used this several times to see if I reacted consistently with the results.
