Good if you can afford service of 1800 after 6 months
Good product but within of 8 months i have book a service even we eat most of food with less oil

Overall good product. Installation was done on the same day very smoothly. The technician was very cooperative and knowledgeable. He explained all the features and gave a good demo.

Amazing but not fully silent
Functions are good and I know about this product installation quality is good but it charged very high amount and this product gave us Knowledge about the chimney and this is value for money product but is not noise reducetant we ordered silence but it has some noise build quality is ok and installation quality is bad.

Good service and support
I had an issue where my motor stopped working within the warranty period. There were initial hiccups, but after I posted a review in Amazon the service team were prompt in resolution of the issue. I am happy with the overall resolution and glad that Faber is taking its online reviews seriously. Helps their brand image immensely. Good service!

Horrible post sales service
HORRIBLE POST Sales in thrissur kerala THE PEST CONTROL MESH OF CHIMNEY IS SI BAD THAT RATS CAN BITE THRU IT AND ENTER YOUR HOME I brought FABER CHIMNEY and installation from Amazon in September 2023 for my sparingly used kitchen And Faber Team installed it After 22 months within warranty period of 2 years it stopped working I called customer service they sent a service engineer Mr Am… from thrissur He told me that that rats entered the chimney cutting through the wire mesh they had installed and have bit the wires of the machine So they need 2 weeks to bring 2 engineers to in install l the machine for repairs Now it is 2 months they do not answer the phone or send any engineer and now want to register as a new complaint possible since warranty is over They pest protector of the chimney that Faber provides is so bad the rats can cut it and enter your house I am really upset by this NEVER BUY FABER PRODUCTS. HORRIBLE SERVICE
