The price was good, they worked perfect!! Insurance required handrails at my front door. I priced some from a local guy. It range from $500 - $850, ridiculous. These looked good and did the same thing.

Easy to install, even though the directions were severly lacking. Buy your own drill bit unless you have a hammer drill with an adjustable chuck. Very solid and good quality. Installation took about an hour total. Very happy to recommend this stair rail.

Easy put together

the railing itself is sturdy, attractive and useful. However I had to hire a handyman to cut and weld the railing to fit my 2 step staircase.

Disappointed I could not get my rail installed because the hardware was not included in the box. My attempt to return item and get a replacement order was not possible because there were non available to purchase. I had to purchase hardware to get the rails installed causing me an additional $50.

Drill suppled is square shank so check your hammer drill did not fit in my 3 jaw chuck I had to have shaft turned down in my machine shopMake sure anchors fit freely into drilled hole in concreteIf you try to tap them in they will peel back and fail

I bought this item thinking it was a welded piece based on the picture (it doesn't show parts as the other brands show), instead I had to assemble it. It would have been nicer if there were instructions.
