The fountain is a breeze to set up—just plug it into any standard USB port (though you’ll need your own power supply). The wireless pump makes cleaning a lot simpler, but disassembling it for a deep clean can be a bit tricky at times. Once up and running, this fountain is super quiet, and the automatic shutoff feature when water runs low is a fantastic touch for peace of mind. It’s got a great flow of water that the cats like to drink from and is really quite small despite taking a litre of water (which is great).My main gripe? The replacement filters. They’re packaged with too much plastic, and they’re not recyclable or refillable, which feels pretty wasteful. I really hope PETKIT rethinks the filter design to be more eco-friendly. But overall, it’s a great, quiet fountain that my cat loves, and it’s easy to maintain!

The media could not be loaded. I bought this to replace a comparatively massive (3.5L) pump-operated water fountain because it was an utter rigmarole to clean; having to unplug it, unthread the USB cable, take out the pump, etc. Not to mention the size and weight.This solves all of those problems excellently.It's nice and compact (but still a decent size to not need refilled every day), really easy to refill or clean because you can just lift the water-containing part right up off the induction pad, so no need to faff about with cables.It's whisper-quiet, a good level quieter than the previous one (which wasn't THAT noisy) and nice and easy to put together and take apart as needed.You can't see the water level through it because it's dark, however it does have an indicator light to advise you when the water's too low (although by that point it will stop pumping out of the top anyway, I think).Only negative is that it comes with just one filter, so it's advisable to get a stock of those in to go along with it.

I’ve had a little problem with noise initially, but the lovely customer service team helped me to solve it.It’s perfect level of quiet for my cat who is so scared of everything. It looks neat and tidy and I am very happy with the purchase.

Fountain turns on for about a minute then the flashing power warning light starts and the pump stops.Totally non functional.I’d avoid this if I were you

It’s a cool looking product & the design is nice and sleek, the overall quality of the make is high.The water jet isn’t particularly strong and doesn’t create a very fountain like effect unfortunately though. My cats aren’t particularly interested in it unfortunately i think because the water jet isn’t hats strong.The noise is minimal and the cleaning and re-filling process is super simple so overall it is great.But if your cat/pet is picky it might not like it just like ours didn’t.The value for many is good indeed though as the capacity, assembly and maintenance is pretty easy.Overall a 4/5

The drinking fountain is overall a great thing..well made, stylish and functional. The whole thing is quite tall for a cat but it has a small footprint and looks great. I have the white one and I love it. Setting it up was a bit confusing as I wanted to determine how to clean it before I started. For the instructions you need to go online via a QR code but the video is clear, although a little fast! All bits in contact with water come apart fairly easy (although a little bit fiddly in places!) and are fully washable. The easy cleaning really is one the best things about this. I’ve had ones in the past which I had to stop using due to how difficult it was to get clean. The other massive plus is how quiet it is. There’s no motor noise and even the tinkle of the water is super quiet. You wouldn’t know it was on. I haven’t seen the cat drink from it yet and time will tell how well we get on with it but so far I love it!

Bought this product 13 months ago, a fantastic sleek design, quiet, elegant. Regrettably the power supply failed within 13 months. When contacting the customer services who were very kind all they could offer me was free filters if I purchased a whole new product. I wouldn’t risk it again.

Product was perfect and then the wireless pump has stopped working a week after the 1 year warranty ended. Seems inconvenient but there's another review from April 2024 that lines up with this perfectly. Don't buy this if you're not ready to pay a "yearly subscription" that they mask as a parts need replacing.

Llevo un mes con el bebedero y a mi gato le encanta. Me costó trabajo que se acostumbrara, pero en una semana se adaptó muy bien.Me sorprende que no haga ruido en absoluto. Es completamente silencioso y se lava muy fácil.

Ive purchased this fountain twice: once three years ago and again this week. The one I bought before was great, up until it stopped working. It was quiet, I noticed the filters always caught debree and my cats liked it. Then one day it stopped running - the day before I left for a trip, thank god I caught it.But I’m still giving this 5 stars and it’s for the version I purchased this week. Some major design upgrades - simple to assemble (literally zero effort), and you can pick it up off the charger without having to unplug anything for ultra easy refilling. Thrilled with the improvements (better than any other fountain I’ve seen) so all is forgiven.
